Our solution is designed to address the unique challenges in the offshore environment. One of our clients in offshore Malaysia urgently needed accurate particle size data to design an effective desanding system. However, due to the high presence of TENORM, Mercury and H2S, traditional manual sampling and testing methods were impractical. Using the SMS Particle Size and Liquid Analyser, real-time particle size data can be obtained, enabling precise desanding system enhancements without the need for manual handling of the samples. The separation system is also 100% mechanical, ensuring an efficient process without compromising reliability.
