Intrusive Sand & Corrosion Probes
OVERVIEW
Gain real-time insights into erosion and corrosion rates in pipelines, flowlines, and process systems with Intrusive Electrical Resistance (ER) Sand and Corrosion Probes. Installed directly into the system via an access fitting, intrusive probes make physical contact with the process medium, to transmit accurate metal loss measurements (μm) for real-time erosion and/or corrosion rates (mm/year).
Precise erosion and corrosion data enables operators to predict failure and take proactive measures to mitigate risk of LOPC from excessive sand or corrosive elements, ensuring safer, more efficient operations.
