Optimal production of gas has always been a challenge for operators with sand prone reservoirs. The situation is made more complicated with gas condensate production. The picture below was taken from our recent sand sampling campaign where one of our engineers captured condensates inside our online high-pressure sand sampler. If not for this sampling skid that SMS used, it would have been almost impossible for the client to determine their Maximum Sand Free Rate (MSFR).
